Veterans Resource Fair Exhibitor Sign-Up

Thank you for your interest in participating in the NYC Health + Hospitals Veterans Resource Fair, held at NYC Health + Hospitals Gouverneur Auditorium on October 3, 2024, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

NYC Health + Hospitals staff, their families, and the local community have been invited to attend. The Veterans Resource Fair is an excellent opportunity for networking and sharing resources with fellow veterans!

Refreshments will be served throughout the event for all participants.

To secure your spot as an exhibitor, please complete the survey below.

2.Please provide a description of the organization. Does the organization serve a special population within the veteran community? What benefits or services does the organization offer?(Required.)

7.The Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion will provide your organization with a table, 3 folding chairs, and a blue plastic tablecloth. Please let us know if you will need any other materials or have a specific requirement for tabling.(Required.)
8.Will you be using any branded materials with your organization's name for display at the table?
9.Will you require access to electrical outlets?
10.Set up for the Veterans Resource Fair will start at 9:00 am. At what time will you arrive?(Required.)
11.The Veterans Resource Fair will end at 2:00 pm. Do you plan to leave before 2:00 pm?
