Goal: The primary objective is to enhance awareness of lung cancer screening as well as programs and initiatives available for patient and caregiver support. The program will feature contributions from various subspecialties, patient advocates, and community outreach initiatives, with the overarching aim of improving lung cancer screening rates across diverse populations.

Objectives:
1. Analyze and address the role of patient/caregiver support programs
2. Outline strategies to re-engage those who have not returned for lung cancer screening
3. Evaluate the role, impact, and significance of health disparities on access to lung cancer screening, diagnosis and treatment

Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) will be available for eligible educational sessions.
