Sign-up for free non-certification CPR and Stop the Bleed classes hosted at NYC H+H/Bellevue! The classes will be held in the Saul Farber Auditorium on Tuesday, May 13th.

The non-certification CPR class will be led by FDNY's CPR unit. An AHA accredited instructor will teach compression only CPR (on adults only mannequins) with automated external defibrillation (AED) usage. It is a non-certification class that combines audio/visual instruction with hands-on participation.
Stop the Bleed is a bleeding control course designed for the public and administered by the American College of Surgeons. NYC H+H/Bellevue is a verified Adult Level 1/ Pediatric Level 2 Trauma Center. The course lasts approximately 1 hour and consists of a lecture where you will learn to recognize life-threatening bleeding, followed by a hands-on portion where you will be able to practice the skills needed to effectively control bleeding.
These courses are FREE and open to the public - all that is required is registration. Please submit registration to secure a spot in the classes. Your email will be used to send you reminders before the event and confirm your attendance. If you take Stop the Bleed, you will be emailed a certificate after the course.
